Andrew is a Care Coordinator at TEAM. He graduated with his undergraduate degree in Psychology and Spanish from Luther College. Andrew enjoys making connections with patients to provide the best possible care and solutions to their individualized issues. He brings a wealth of experience working in the mental health field, formerly as a direct support professional in group homes, and as a case manager in the twin cities communities, and correctional systems.

Andrew believes it is imperative for an individual's recovery to take a personalized approach and dig deeper to help an individual feel seen, heard, and supported to allow them the confidence and tools to succeed at their goals.
